5. Shipping and Delivery: Shipping charges and delivery times will vary based on the selected shipping method and destination. Suave Bags is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances. The risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery of the products.

6. Return and Exchange Policy: Suave Bags has a strict NO exchange policy, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage incurred during shipping. Requests for exchanges must be made within 2 days of receiving the order. Custom or personalized items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

7. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suave Bags shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
