Return Policy:

We have a strict NO return policy, but we do accept exchanges in cases where the product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect or if it was damaged during shipping. If you find yourself in this situation, please reach out to us within 2 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. Please note that exchanges are only applicable for the same product; you won’t be able to exchange it for a different item.

Important Note: Custom or personalized items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. We want to ensure that you are fully aware of this before making a purchase.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are available only in cases where the product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, and if we do not have an inventory of the same product available. If you qualify for a refund, we will process it within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For those who opted for Cash on Delivery (COD), please contact our support team for further assistance.

Exchange Process:

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team via email. We will require video proof of the parcel being opened, clearly showing the defect. It’s important to note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the exchange is due to an error on our part. Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, we will process the exchange within 10 business days.
